The Association of Research and Bargaining Professionals was established in December 2018 by merging the State Education of Research Professionals (SERSA) and the National Association of Bargaining Professionals (NABP) with the purpose to promote an effective interchange of ideas and methods to support the coordination of collective bargaining and research service with national, state, and local associations.
Who we are: Membership in the organization is comprised of NEA affiliate staff members from across the country. Annual Dues $200.
